Shipping policy
We offer free Australia-wide express shipping for orders over $75, which will be automatically applied at checkout.
Thanks to our friends at MailPlus, we are able to lock-in fixed shipping rates Australia-wide as part of their premium express offering, so you can expect your Spotty order to arrive in 1-4 days.
For orders under $75, shipping will be calculated at checkout for the size and weight of the package.
If any other discount codes are applied to the total order value which brings that cart below $75, the shipping charge will be added. Free shipping is applied after all other discounts.
A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
Our website currently only supports delivery within Australia, but please email hello@spottybaking.com.au if you would like a quote for International Shipping.

My parcel had the wrong address on it?
Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we can't change your address details. If your parcel has not yet been delivered, please email hello@spottybaking.com.au and our friends at MailPlus will do their best to find your parcel.

Spotty Baking doesn't accept any responsibility for orders placed with the wrong or incomplete address details, or for orders redirected in transit.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address or a failure to accept a parcel, a postage charge may be payable for the order to be resent to a new address.
