Meet Spotty Baking

Here at Spotty HQ, we've created these lines to feed our own family - we are so excited to now be able to share them with yours too.

Our team have been creating premium, health focused and clean label baking mixes for over 10 years.

We proudly produce our mixes in our very own SQF-certified manufacturing facility in Sydney, New South Wales.

Spotty Baking combines our expertise in developing clean, wholesome recipes with a desire to help fight food waste.

Why Dates?

Date Sugar is 100% dried dates, crushed to a fine powder rich in dietary fibre.

  • Low GI, natural sweetener
  • High Fibre (14g per 100g)
  • Naturally rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals
  • 78g Magnesium, 71g Calcium and 3mg Iron per 100g

Because of the high fibre content, it can absorb quite a lot of moisture (and so a 1:1 substitute won't always suit in your own recipes).

We've taken the guesswork out for you and simplified its use into foolproof mixes so that you can enjoy its delicious and nutritious goodness in a convenient way!
