This Banana bread exceeded my expectations. I am pretty skeptical when it comes to sweeteners and I was so happy about discovering this option. Not only does it taste great, it’s easy to make and all the carb counting has already been done 🥹💙. I have type 1 diabetes and I tested this multiple times to see the impact it had on my blood glucose levels - it was amazing as it didn’t spike them and was a lovely CGM graph. Definitely will be getting more 🙌
Absolutely obsessed with this banana bread mix! One of the easiest, most delicious mixes I've used, and I would never have guessed it's gluten free. It was the perfect way to use up leftover banana's at home, and I was blown away at how tasty this was. I can see this quickly becoming a staple in my house!!

I can’t say enough good things about this banana bread mix! It was incredibly easy to make and only required a few basic ingredients. It came out perfectly moist, fluffy, and full of rich banana flavour. Loved the texture - a nice golden crust at the edges but soft in the inside.
I wouldn’t normally use a mixture when I make banana bread. However, I changed my mind after I tried Spotty! Easy, minimal clean up, and healthier than my own recipe. Though the flour is GF, it is not dense like other brands. Moist and yummy, as though im using normal flour. I feed my own kids this, and they are also my choice of gifts when I travel!
